Upskilling your teams shouldn't strain your cash flow. Several French funding schemes cover all or part of the cost, and we prepare the paperwork with you.
La certification qualité a été délivrée au titre de la catégorie d’action suivante : actions de formation.
Your OPCO (France's joint training fund) may cover some or all of the cost, depending on its criteria. We'll check your eligibility with you before sending a quote.
The training can be funded through your skills development plan and, depending on your industry, co-funding may still be available. We'll look into it with you.
Training agreement, program, attendance sheets, funding application: we put the paperwork together with you.
There are two ways in, depending on your timeline. Start with training if you want results as early as next week: we get your teams up to speed on general-purpose AI assistants, which builds a common AI culture across the team and naturally surfaces use cases. Start with a use-case workshop if you'd rather scope things out before investing: we identify high-impact use cases, assess their feasibility and hand you a prioritized roadmap. Either way, we start small and measure the results.
Not at all. That's exactly who we design for. We start from their everyday frustrations (time lost, repetitive tasks, reports that drag on) and turn them into simple use cases. No jargon: everyone leaves with examples tailored to their role and tested on their own documents.
Plenty, as long as you stick to tasks that are quick to review. HR: screening applications, writing job descriptions, preparing interviews. Finance: analyzing spreadsheets, drafting commentary on results. Marketing: adapting messages, planning an editorial calendar. Sales: prospecting sequences, responding to RFPs and tenders. Legal: first-pass contract review and flagging risky clauses. In our workshops, we work on your real documents, not hypothetical examples.
You'll see the new skills at work within days of a session. We agree on the metrics with you up front: time saved, adoption rate, quality of deliverables. A 30-day impact review then lets you make decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling.
Yes. Our training is built with small teams in mind. Most of our clients are SMEs: sessions are designed around your team, your own files and the tools you use every day. And if you have fewer than 50 employees, your OPCO (the French joint training fund) may cover some or all of the cost.
Both work; it depends on what you're trying to achieve. On-site is ideal for a kickoff: a day together, hands-on co-creation and real team momentum. Remote suits teams spread across several locations and stays interactive with live exercises. The method doesn't change: awareness, practice, then follow-up.
By being just as clear about what shouldn't be delegated. Our sessions cover the limits as much as the possibilities: what needs human sign-off, how to review an AI answer, how to frame a request to reduce risk. Your own constraints (compliance, GDPR, approved tools) are addressed head-on rather than left to each person's judgment.
Yes. Our training is delivered by a registered, Qualiopi-certified provider (Qualiopi is the French quality certification for training providers), so it can be funded through your company's skills development plan or by your OPCO (the French joint training fund). We provide every document you need (program, quote, training agreement). Get in touch and we'll send you a tailored quote within 48 hours.
You can sign up online or during a 30-minute call to confirm your project, goals and funding. Sessions run every month, and there are usually 2 to 4 weeks between sign-up and the start of the training. If you need accessibility accommodations, contact our accessibility coordinator at contact@rozawa.com and we'll adapt the session to your needs.
We look at your context, your teams and how far along you are with AI. You get an honest recommendation: the right program, or nothing at all if the timing isn't right.
